Faculty Information

Welcome! We are so excited to have you as a member of the faculty of the ISHRS 29th World Congress. This year’s hybrid meeting will be a true blend of our traditional in-person meeting and all we learned in 2020 at our virtual congress. Please read the items below carefully, be diligent in reading your emails from the ISHRS, and reach out to Melanie Stancampiano, Programs Director, with any questions.

2021 WORLD CONGRESS FACULTY NOTES

  1. Faculty notifications have been emailed, and individuals must accept or decline each role that has been assigned by August 31, 2021.
  2. Faculty must log onto the Catalyst website and complete the control record for each role.
  3. Speakers are not required to attend the in-person meeting in Lisbon to participate.
  4. All speakers will be required to submit a pre-recorded video presentation. Those who attend the in-person meeting in Lisbon may choose to present live if they wish.
  5. Speakers should be aware that there is an online component to this meeting and to practice extra due diligence with content and patient photos.
  6. All faculty must read the Important Info for Faculty Document above.

PRESENTATION PREPARATION

  1. All assigned talks in Focused Sessions, General Sessions and CSI Presentations must be prerecorded and submitted by September 15, 2021.
  2. Visit the Video Recording Instructions page for further details on how to record your talk.
  3. Upload your presentation using the link in your email notification.
  4. Use the provided PPT templates to create your presentation
  5. Before & After Photos: It is highly encouraged to watch this video and review the Ten Tips link as you prepare your abstract and presentation, in order to have the highest quality Before & After photos:
